Is the equipment included?

Certainly. We will provide everything: Wetsuit, Helmet, Life Jacket, Harness, Booties, Kite, Bar, and Board.

Yes, but it is included in the cost of the membership with our Sports Association. Membership is mandatory and necessary to access the courses.

Yes.

For membership with any Sports Association (ASD) in Italy, it is necessary to present a valid non-competitive medical certificate.

Yes.

The minimum age to start practicing kitesurfing is 12 years, while the minimum weight is 45kg.

Unfortunately, both conditions must be met in order to practice.

However, there is no maximum age or maximum weight!

Pack your bag as if you’re heading to the beach: Sunglasses (preferably with a strap to avoid losing them), Sunscreen, Swimwear, and Towel are essential.

It is recommended to wear only waterproof watches and remove any accessories that could potentially tear or cause discomfort.

It depends on several factors, such as the wind, your attitude, your physical preparation, and how consistently you get in the water. On average, it takes at least 10 hours of practice to plane and maintain the edge (ride upwind).

Bring it with you! During the course, your instructor will show you how to assemble the equipment. At that point, they will assess whether your kite is suitable for the beginner course or if it’s better to use (especially for safety reasons) the school’s equipment.

You can rent the equipment if your instructor assesses that your level is suitable for going in the water independently. This means being able to perform emergency maneuvers, recover the kite and board, and know how to ride upwind.

Unfortunately, we only accept course bookings for couples if the individuals already know each other.

It’s not a problem. If the instructor assesses that the levels are too different, they will separate you, and you will continue the remaining course hours in a private session.

It’s not a problem. The duo course is perfectly doable if the weight difference between the two participants is less than 10kg. If the weight difference is greater, the instructor will need to separate you after the initial piloting exercises.
